Manasseh Zachariah John is the Founder and Coordinator of DCI AFRICA and Assistant Director at Window on America, Ahmadu Bello University (A.B.U.), Zaria. He is a passionate educator, digital transformation advocate, and community development leader committed to empowering Africans through technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
He founded DCI AFRICA to equip children, youth, women, and underserved communities with practical digital skills in coding, artificial intelligence, web and mobile application development, STEM education, and entrepreneurship. Under his leadership, DCI AFRICA has also established DCI SOLUTIONS, a professional web and application development company delivering innovative digital solutions for businesses, institutions, and organizations.
His vision is to develop a generation of innovators, entrepreneurs, and technology leaders who will drive Africa's digital transformation. He welcomes partnerships with investors, governments, NGOs, corporations, and philanthropists who share the vision of transforming lives through education and technology.

With expertise in software engineering, web and mobile application development, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation, he leads the design and development of DCI AFRICA's technology solutions while overseeing the successful delivery of training programs and operations.
